Clark (he/him), RCC, is an Associate Counsellor with Human Nature Counselling who works with children, youth, adults, and families navigating life’s challenges. He brings a warm, relational, and strength-based approach to therapy, meeting each person with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. Known for his playful, enthusiastic, and steady presence, Clark creates a space where clients feel safe to show up as they are, and believes that meaningful change happens within supportive relationships.
Drawing on experience in school counselling, group facilitation, outdoor education, and wilderness therapy, Clark brings a broad perspective to his work. His practice is informed by a family systems lens, recognizing that our relationships, environments, and life experiences all shape how we understand ourselves and move through the world. As a school counsellor, he has a particular understanding of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children and youth, as well as the complexities families often experience while navigating the school system.
Outside of counselling, Clark enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with his partner, their two young daughters, and their dog, Finn. He is grateful to live and work on the traditional and unceded territories of the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen) peoples, including the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations, and the W̱SÁNEĆ Nations.
Clark is a Certified Nature-based therapist, level 1.
